    Hi,

I know Susan had written a little instruction in the forums on how to get the new 2.3 version up and running from github, but I can't find it now ...

Also, is it this repository that is the latest?

Download the zip file. Unzip it in your web server space.

Edit the _build/build.config.sample.php, the _build/build.distrib.config.sample.php and the _build/build.properties.sample.php files, saving them without the .config part in the name. Run the _build/transport.core.php file from your browser. You'll now be able to run setup as usual.

This is not the same as the nightly build that you can get from the main MODx download page.

You'll have to look at it to see the difference. It's a really really big difference. It's not really usable; too buggy. But it's amazing to see how it will be once all the bugs get worked out of it. For example, a lot of the Manager actions fail to find their processors, such as editing system settings.

            Oh wow. That buggy...
I'd just like to see the new design and some new functions I've been seeing on screenshots.

That's why I keep checking back and re-installing every couple of weeks. And of course bug reports are always welcome.
