RTL issues in admin interface

Hi every one,
I posted about this issue days ago but with no response, seems to me that i posted it in the wrong section.

My problem is with the following elements:

1. The right click menu

2. The input fields tips

3. The datepicker

4. The time picker

I cannot make them appear correctly in the interface.
The problem is the style of these elements are inline (hence overriding any CSS style) and controlled by javascript, and i have difficult time finding the javascript file responsible for each one of them and their layout.

Thanks in advance
