Help!. Suddenly from today I can't browse modx documentations at rtfm.modx.com . I get the message
Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to rtfm.modx.com
Try reloading: rtfm.modx.com
Reloading doesn't make a difference.
But if I use an anonymous browsing service in my browser I can see and navigate through the site just fine.
Why have I been locked out of the site? My IP address is 182.64.66.252
Since I am using MODx, I would really love to be able to browse the site without any additional help from anonymous site services.
Can you unblock my IP range please?

Are you still experiencing this? Works fine here. If you're still having issues, can you do a traceroute to rtfm.modx.com to see if it's a routing issue? Otherwise, you might be temporary block or something like that.
It's still there. I can't traceroute as Network-tools.com is also not working on my computer. Using another traceroute site shows this

Though I don't know how that works since I'm in India.
Configuring my computer to use a proxy server makes the site available, but without the proxy I'm blocked out.

That's odd. Sometimes certain servers (temporary) block you if you make too many requests. That might have happend. If it doesn't fix itself, I would recommend mailing support at modx dot com
Unfortunately, it's still happening. I'm sure it's an IP ban issue.
EDIT: I just downloaded TOR browser, which is supposed to let you do anonymous browsing. I can access the site fine with it.

It's working fine now. An email to MODx support did the trick.

Andy, it could have been stuck dns cache. We changed DNS records last week and could have caused issues. I would like to note, we have not had IP blocking on the site for at least 2 months at this point.
