gallery with multilanguage title and descriptionfield (yams)

    YAMS tags won't work inside of the multiTV Snippet, because they are not replaced inside by multiTV and later on they are not replaced by YAMS.

    But you could use different templates to display the results. [[multiTV? &rowTpl=`your template-(yams_id)` … ]] switches between those chunks.

    A second possibility (as shown above) is the use of &tplConfig=`-(yams_id)` together with defining the different chunks in the config file of the multiTV template variable.

        That didn't work, I guess because its a Custom field.

        I will try the -(yams_id)

          It works on my test page (MODX 1.0.10 and ManagerManager 0.3.9).

          Maybe there is an issue with last ManagerManager version (0.5.1). ManagerManager has to check for textarea or :input to hide that custom tv.

            The &rowTpl=`your template-(yams_id)` works great thow, glad I got that sorted!

            I use MM 0.3.9 and modx 1.0.10, it doesn't get hidden. Weird it does work for you.

            // I have the homepage template where I show the multiTV TV "referenties", in MM rules I have set: mm_hideFields('referenties,textarea'); No luck for hiding it. Its not a real big deal thow.

              mm_hideFields('images,textarea', '', '9');
              Works here well.

              images is the TV name, 9 is the template, the TV is used in.

                I can't hide it lipsrsealed, see attachments, other fields can be hidden no problem, maybe its YAMS I dunno.
                I'm glad multiTV works with Ditto, didn't expected that laugh multiTV rocks!

                  Maybe its handy to add firstTpl=`` ?
                  On the other hand I think outerTpl can be used for that, still maybe a nice addon?

                    Try [+iteration:eq=`0`:then=`first`:eslse=`other`+]

                    Or look for emptyOutput parameter.

                      How do i use that? do i need to use it into my ditto call?
                      Can I grab the first multiTV image with that?

                      My aim is to show a multi album overview with fancybox,
                      only show 1 image per album, click on the image show all images in popup from that album.

                      A.t.m. I have it fixed by using overflow:hidden; and only show 1 multiTV image, the others are hidden. The difficulty is it needs a unique rel="album-[+docid+]" so can't use a ditto call with a rel="".

                      When splitting them up with multiTV display=`1` and anotherone with hidden img display=`all` I get 1 double image in the fancybox popup.

                      So being able to grabbing the first image from the multiTV album images (and don't show it into the left over images) I'm able to make it happen lipsrsealed

                      Hope you understand what I mean.
