I'm working on a website and would like to create a flyout/vertical submenu, however, the child i only visible when you click on the parent. I've tried to figure out whats the error but haven't found it.

The website is http://eldersdigest.org/, under the Media Section

            [[!Wayfinder? &startId=`0` &level=`2` &outerTpl=`wfOuter` &parentRowTpl=`wfParentRow` &activeParentRowTpl=`wfActiveParentRow` &innerTpl=`wfInner` &rowTpl=`wfRow` &innerRowTpl=`wfInnerRow` &jsTpl=`wfJ` &hereTpl=`wfHere`]]

Hm. Don't see any reason here why the second level shouldn't be there on the first page. A view source shows that it's not, though.

Are you sure that's the snippet used for the home page?

What does the parentRowTpl look like?

                <li><a class="menuitem submenuheader" href="[[+wf.link]]" title="[[+wf.title]]">[[+wf.linktext]]</a>
                [[+wf.wrapper]]</li>

The snippet I used for the Home page is:
                [[!Wayfinder? &startId=`0` &level=`1` &outerTpl=`wfOuter` &parentRowTpl=`wfParentRow` &activeParentRowTpl=`wfActiveParentRow` &innerTpl=`wfInner` &rowTpl=`wfRow` &innerRowTpl=`wfInnerRow` &jsTpl=`wfJs` &hereTpl=`wfHere`]]

The one I posted earlier on I used it for the other pages

Level=1 will only show the top level.

First of all none of your list items have any children ul's so they are not going to display any child items because there are none. You also have a JS error which might also be causing issues because it's looking for an element with the accordion ID which is no where on the page.

It seems you are using the level=1 on all pages because I don't see any child items on any page.
