Restore database backup... usually is the faster way!
sounds like something in the content is making the problem, may be a database call or php code?

      can you access to /manager?

Sounds like you're in over your head. If you're able to log into the manager, then the app is working and some version of the database is there, but if you're struggling this much, I'd recommend you bring in a professional before you do irreparable damage to your site. There's no guaranteed that you even HAVE a backup of your database, especially if you didn't purposely set them up.

Seriously, just repair the database using phpmyadmin. That's it.

My friend, just try to disable the last snippets or plugin that you install before the problem!

some times the error is because the code is incompatible with the PHP version on the server!

if you don`t know to much about databases to test and error, and go backwards disabling the last changes that you make in your page!

other option if you don`t install any snippet or plugin, may be some server update, the PHP version or something was enable or disable, that may create an error too!

                Good Look my Friend!
