session warning ! for $site_sessionname

hi,
I came up with a strange error, also not able to login to the Manager..?
Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(C:\DOCUME~1\HP\LOCALS~1\Temp\php\session\sess_gjr8f53jdq4g98mfi0f5974840, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in E:\www\gate7\manager\includes\config.inc.php on line 59

what i did was due to some problems in my system i deleted all files in my TEmp/ Temp internet folders..

and am sure MODx is using something from that..

but i think it should not rely on files in temp folder, or either create a new one automatically if not found..
why the error.

please help to restore my site...

Just clear your browser’s cookies. The cookie is looking for its session file, which you deleted. This is a feature of PHP, MODx really has nothing to do with it. You can specify where PHP should store its session files in the php.ini file.
