Looks like your TinyMCE got lost somewhere. Can you view any other "working" pages, like the System Settings, or is this only occurring in the resource editing pages?
The frame is empty for all menu options, "system settings", "components", everything. I was apprehensive about going in and deleting the tinyMCE via ftp because I wasn't sure if components would come back and allow me to reinstall. Thoughts?

Well, then it's more than just the TinyMCE. Have you manually deleted all of the directories under the core/cache/ directory? Also clear your browser cache, and delete all cookies for the domain.
I did clear the core/cache and deleted browser cache and cookies. The problem persists. I also tried deleting gallery plugin and tinyMCE which appeared to be listed in the problems above. The frame is still blank and this is consistent across all browsers. More thoughts? Thanks for your help Susan.

The only thing I can think of now is to get into the database and change the settings for compress_css and compress_js, but this doesn't sound like that kind of a problem. Other than that, all I can think of is a re-install; you could probably use upgrade mode, but make sure to back up your database, your assets, and your config.inc.php file.

I figured it out. The components (gallery and tinymce) were deleted from assets/components/ I went to a back up and re-installed them and everything came back. The only thing to figure out now is how they got deleted. Thanks for all your help.
@homerjon : I think that you are exposing your site for attacks, try to change your manager folder or renaming it.
