To me, MIGX is truly indispensable when creating a Modx site that doesn't require users to be tech savvy to edit and update large quantities of content efficiently. It is especially handy for those of us who lack the skills to create out own CMP but love the power and flexibility of Modx. However, the fact that it remains a third party component creates limitations: Fewer resources for development, excess strain on the primary developer, greater instability and fewer resources for truly comprehensive documentation. If it were not for MIGX I would not be able to use Modx for many projects, it is simply not intuitive or efficient enough for non-tech users to update and manage significant quantities of content efficiently and easily without it.
That is just my two cents, but does anyone know if Modx 3 (or future Revo builds) plans on integrating MIGX-like functionality in the future? What are your thoughts?

Apparently there is a MIGX-like array TV in the works. Not sure if it's coming in 2.3 or 3 though.
