I'm using Modx login add on and only the admin user can log in on the front-end. I applied the same user groups to my new users but they cant log in and there is no massage to indicate an error. Can anyone help?

Are you testing your users in a different browser? The presence of the manager open with a logged in Admin user is likely why you can log in as admin.
Additionally, permissions can be tricky, so it might help to review the security/permissions information in the documentation
