I made a plugin, which run snippet onDocFormSave.

Plugin had some errors and manager reported me this error when I open it:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getTVValue() on a non-object in core/cache/includes/elements/modplugin/1.include.cache.php on line 13.

I opened this file in FTP, removed plugin code, opened manager, and it worked. I deactivated that plugin, deleted it, and after clearing cache, error was back. When I opened 1.include.cache.php again, it showed me code from plugin that was deleted?! Can enyone help men to resolve this please? Can you verify the plugin is deleted using phpmyadmin?

Sometimes you have to clear the cache manually by deleting all files in the core/cache directory.

It was deleted, but when I made this plugin, I duplicated CK editor plugin which is static. I didn't unchecked static in his options, and when I deleted my plugin, code was left in that external file. smiley
