503 Error on install

First install I've tried of Revo

FTP'd all the files but getting:

503 Error
Could not load MODX config file.

I can see there is a directory called core/config but there was nothing in it in the Traditional Installtion file I downloaded.

Does anyone know what issue might be?

(PHP 5.2.6 MySQL 5.0.77)

Did you run setup?

If that's not it, the odds are good that you have one or more corrupted or missing files. It happens fairly often when you use FTP to transfer the individual files.

Duh, so sorry! I even thought I'd read the basic install page - the very first step just didn't stand out! (too used to Evo)

I've always been a bit puzzled as to why the Revo installer doesn't ask like the Evo installer does.
