Hm, ok ... let's try &showHidden=`1` and see if the error still occurs.

It´s not working!!!! The above error persist!!! sad

    Any ideas about this problem?

I tried almost anything to solve this issue... The strange thing is on the apartments folder i have only one resource and here the plugin is working fine... if i click on the previous arrow, this will load my last villa folder resource and my previous and next arrow appears as desired.... then if i click on the previous arrow again, this will load the previous villa resource but without arrows and with a php error saying Warning: implode(): Invalid arguments passed in \core\components\siblingnav\model\siblingnav\siblingnav.class.php on line 99

    This don´t make sense!!!!!!:(

The only problem I see could be your hard coded parent ids (13,14,15,16). Are you sure those ids are set correctly? And do you really want to navigate through siblings of different parents at the same time? If not you could call your snippet with only the current parent like this:

      [[!siblingNav? &id=`[[*parent]]`]]
      [[+sn.first]][[+sn.prev]][[+sn.prevlinks]][[+sn.self]][[+sn.nextlinks]][[+sn.next]][[+sn.last]]

        Hi Chris

Thanks a lot to try to help me!!! Well i have to have things separated by folder because i´m doing a small real estate website using Advsearch. It´s easier to the client have things organized on this way. I have to try this possible solution. smiley Thanks a lot!!!

You could give "selfLink" a try. I never used this addon myself but sounds like it could be an alternative:
