    On every author/user account i had setup an extended field named "avatar" with the value of image directory.

    My problem is on Articles Row Tpl, i used Login.Profile to display the extended field with the following setup:

    [[!Profile? &user=`[[+createdby]]`]]
    <img src="[[+avatar]]" alt="">

    Since this is a Row Tpl, it display the posts of articles. The image displays but only displayed the avatar of the first user/author of the post.

    Is there any other way to get the exact avatar for each user? Or any available extar for this functionality?

      Users have a "photo" field by default, no need for an extra extended field. You can get the one you want with an output modifier
      Photo: [[+createdby:userinfo=`photo`]]
