It's a bug in the snippet code, not the cms itself...
Instead of flaming around just report this bug at
http://bugs.modx.com/ and/or modify include.getpage.php as already pointed out and there you go.

F*ck you guys, I solved it myself. Modx is a great piece of software, but the community f*cking sucks. So long *ssholes!
