I'm filtering a ditto feed based on values selected via a checkbox TV, and trying to populate the checkbox TV with pipe delimited values entered into a text TV.
What I'm struggling with is getting the text string to actually delimit, so that each value becomes a discreet, selectable item in the checkbox list.
What I get, instead, is the entire string of values output as a single selectable value. Hope this makes sense.
The @SELECT statement is "@SELECT value FROM modx_site_tmplvar_contentvalues WHERE tmplvarid=52"
This works great, I just can't get the delimited list. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Using Evo 1.0.4 / PHP 5.2
Thanks,
Wesley
Thanks, tried it. Does not output properly. I get a single checkbox with no text values.

You will need to create a custom output processor snippet to get your delimited string, break it on the delimiter using PHP's explode() function, and generate the checkboxes.
Thanks Susan. That's above my pay grade, unfortunately.

Hm. I've had a bit of sleep since I posted that; let's see if I can come up with a useful example for you.

Um... where, exactly, is the check box list supposed to appear? As the TV input, or on the front-end?

Thanks for thinking about this. It is to appear as the TV input.
Thanks also for the post you sent. My approach was identical to this, far as I can see, but the options are not produced for the multi-select TV when I try to delimit the @SELECT statement. There is not output whatsoever, in fact, using a comma. Using pipes, I'd get a single checkbox but nothing else.
