    Is it possible to disable the unpublish/delete container options presented when you right click on an articles container?

    If so it would presumably be done with ACLs.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks

      It should be possible.

      Protecting it is easy, just put that resource in a resource group and connect that resource group to the Administrator user group with a Resource Group Access ACL entry (context of 'mgr', policy of Resource);

      This assumes that the people you want to restrict are not members of the Administrator group (I recommend that only top-level admins with all rights be members of that group).

      At this point the other users can't see that container or anything under it. To give them access, add them to another user group and connect that user group to the resource group containing the Articles container with another Resource Group Access ACL entry (context of 'mgr', policy of 'Content Editor' or a new policy based on the Resource policy template).

      You'll have to adjust that policy to control what they can and can't do, but obviously delete and unpublish shouldn't be checked.

      Be sure to flush permissions and flush all sessions after making each change.
