Load html file from tv

I'm have to make a TV to load some html file so my client can load his custom html file in an iframe,
I've figured out most of it, I make the TV and made it to be a file upload, I can upload the file, I see it in the filesystem tab but not in my tv when I try to select it from the TV selection file window.

does anyone have a pointer for me.
