Not sure if this is related to a recent Firefox update or not. But this manager has been working fine on Firefox for years. Still loads on Chrome and IE8. Now on Firefox 22.00 it looks like the attached screenshot. The menu drop-downs still work but clicking on the menu items does nothing. Can't even logout.
I have another site also using Revo 2.2.7 and that manager still loads fine on the same version of Firefox. So it is something particular to this install. Curious to know where I should start to troubleshoot. Clearing cache folders?
Try turning off the compress_js and compress_css System Settings.
If that doesn't do it, try manually deleting all files in the core/cache directory and clearing your browser cache and cookies.

Thank you BobRay! Today I find the issue has mysteriously fixed itself, but I will make note of these troubleshooting steps for the next time Firefox goes all wonky.
I'M also having the same problem and i have tried the steps but it still is not loading completely. I have tried loading it on 4 different browser and it just started doing this a day ago. I really need to get this fix fast

Another thing to test is disabling any browser plugins or extensions as some alter the HTML markup.

Can you let us know which browsers/versions you are having the trouble with? If you are experiencing this issue on 4
different browsers then it sounds like it's not the same issue I had... In other words not related to one particular browser set up.
I Just tried that and it still not loading completely
Google chrome - 28.0.1500.72
Firefox - 22.0
internet Explore 10.0.9
Opera - 15
All of them are up to date

Not likely a browser issue then. You might want to start your own thread. And you should include your specs: Modx version, Server configuration, etc.
