I will definitely post back here, once I found "my" solution, and share with the community here. I do know about those clients you are talking about, had some of them too
But this client is on an island, and my clients here are mostly really cool and laid back, and I never really had problems with clients who wanted more which wasn't included in the original contract. Everything they want additionally, I charge for, and thank God I obviously have mostly special clients, who understand and respect this.
My background is that I used to work with my own team of programmers, so I never had to do more than just the designs and concepts, but now I am also building websites, because living on an island doesn't give you many of clients who are able to afford expensive programmers somewhere in Europe. So I had to start doing some programming myself, and here I am, ended up with modx
