Password change request email not html

Im using Evolution 1.10 and noticed, that the registration email for users is coming as plain text and not as email.
Believing this ticket(http://bugs.modx.com/issues/892) the problem should be fixed long ago, so Im wondering if there is another reason, maybe caused by language (here german)?

Can somebody help me,
do you have the same problems?

or should i write a new ticket?

Thanks
Nudi
