Importing a site

Hi,
I moving a site to cloud and I've followed this guide to import it https://modxcloud.com/userguide/how-tos/advanced-import.html
I've completed the guide fine but when I login and go to the package manager I get the page "Import resources from static files" with various options I don't understand. System settings also takes me to "Import site from HTML"

I'm confused, I've never seen these pages before. Is this normal or has something gone wrong with the import? Aside from this the manager is working fine, I can see all my resources but the actual website is unreachable.

Hi, thanks for the reply, not sure why I haven't tried vapor sooner. Not sure if I'm being silly though but I can't find "import Snapshots" in step 17.

In your Cloud dashboard, not in the MODx manager.

Ahh, just heard back from support. Snapshot imports has been temporarily disabled for maintenance/improvement.

Well, then you can go ahead and create a new installation, then use the ssh/sftp to upload the package.zip file into the core/packages yourself, then use the Package Manger to install it. You'll be logged out and need to log in again (with the original site's login) at least once.
