add keywords and images with migx inside a migx item?

Hi!

I am trying to build a learning testpage for product and real estate website.

Is this possible:

I'd like to have an option in the Migx section with checkboxes/ multiple select / Text-Input box to type in keywords as features an object has.

For Example - most of the time it's like this:
Features:
Garden (checked), Balcony (checked), Garage (Checked), Sauna (unchecked) - the checked items I want to get outputted to the actual migx Item - like other stuff already working like title, name, images, description, etc.
But if a keyword is not in the list, it would be great to just type it in to add it to this list and it appears.

I tried it but ended up in an error message on
Create the Attributes Selector - TV at point: 6.

Another way would be to have empty "item1, item2, item3, item4, etc." placeholders and use with something like
- but this doesn't seem to be the best way.

The same I am asking myself for images. So can I use migx to add images to a migx inside or so? Without using Placeholders like the above?
