Problems with double quotes

Hi everyone,
I've got a little question. I have to cover the "tpl" code with two quotes (`). For phpthumbof I need the same quotes again which is messing up my code.

[[getImageList? 
&tvname=`PartnerListTV`
&tpl=`@CODE:<img src="[[+bild:phpthumbof=`w=96&h=32&zc=1`]]" />`]]

Any suggestions? Thank you guys!

How about creating a real Tpl chunk with that code and leaving out the @CODE: ?
