I'm hoping there is help out there:
When we load our website our home page comes up with a white screen. We think this has something to do with the cache, but that is not working.
We're using version 1.0.6 version, MODX Revolution, March 2012.
Obviously, we need to find the solution as quickly as possible.

Update to the most current version. Most of the whitescreen homepage issues have been sorted out along the way although it seems like a reoccurring theme with various causes.

MODx Revolution is not version 1. anything; 1.0.6 is Evolution. A white-screen usually indicates an error in a snippet or plugin code; this can happen if the PHP version of the server is updated.
Look for your PHP error logs; you can check the MODx Reports -> System Events log, but to be sure you need to see the actual PHP error logs.
