Gallery how to open image in the template on click on itemthumb

I use thise code in my template :

It works great, execpt i'd like on click on the item thumb the photo to open into the template, not in blank page whith only the photo...

I can give a url.

So my question is how on click on an itemthumb can i make the image opens in my template with the description on the left ?

I'm not abble to get it :

working properly, it just desplay a blank page...
