After Upgrade MODX Revo 2.2.0 to 2.2.8, Cant open web manager

Cant open web manager After Upgrade MODX Revo 2.2.0 to 2.2.8 with this msg error "Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /home/xxxxxx.com/public_html/core/model/modx/modmanagerresponse.class.php on line 41"

Anybody know how to solve this?

Try manually deleting all the folders in the core/cache/ directory. Also make sure to clear your browser cache and cookies for the domain.

Check the paths and URLs in core/config/config.inc.php (especially the connectors path) and in the three config.core.php files (root, connectors, and manager directories)

Did you FTP the 2.2.8 files, or did you extract them on the server?

Do what Bob said, check the config files. If all is as it should be, re-apply the upgrade but do it on your server, file manager through your cPanel or other server manager. Extract the files, merge (no overwrite), and then re-run setup. Clear core/cache files before all this, of course.

I am having the same problem, also the version is not updating in the DB.
I tried clearing the cache manually, turning compress css/js off, ran setup a few times and clearing the browser cache.
I attached the install.config error log, hopefully someone has some suggestions.

I tried rolling back and then installing version 2.2.4-pl and I get the same result.

The server error log shows:

PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/core/model/modx/modmanagerresponse.class.php on line 41, referer: http://mydomain.com/setup/index.php?action=complete

I am going to try version 2.2.2

Update:

I tried version 2.2.2 with no success.
I am getting the same errors.
