I think the two lines like this are part of your problem:
[[!If? &subject=`[[*GalleryAlbum]]` &operator=`!empty` &then=`[[$prettyGalleryScripts]]`]]
The prettyGalleryScripts chunk is being processed and its entire output passed to the If snippet regardless of the subject.
Try something like this instead:
[[[[*GalleryAlbum:notempty:then=`$prettyGalleryScripts`:else=``]]]]

You might also try looking into alternative menu systems such as getResources (
http://jasoncoward.com/technology/2013/06/finding-your-way-without-wayfinder.html), mxExtendedMenu (
http://modx.com/extras/package/mxextendedmenu), or MenuExtended (
https://github.com/Mark-H/MenuExtended).
Wayfinder can choke on sites with a lot of resources.

Sorry I wasn't being clear - when I asked to see the templates, I meant the getResources template chunks, not the actual templates. For example, what is in the chunk Categoria.myRowTpl?

Disable the phpthumbof cache manager plugin.

You should be able to right click on the plugin, and choose disable. It will be available in your elements tree.

Sorry for being so brief, I was in a hurry. With the phpThumbOfCacheManager plugin enabled, every time you clear the cache the phpthumbof cache will be cleared as well. Then phpthumbof has to regenerate all of your thumbnail images, which is very slow because image resizing is processor-intensive.
The downside of having the plugin disabled is that the thumbnails will not change if you change the image. You can work around this by changing the name of the image file any time the image is changed, because the name of the cached thumbnail is based on the name of the original file, so if you change the name it will force phpthumbof to regenerate the cached thumbnail.
