Best Practice to Cachebust Extras?

    Ever noticed even after upgrading an extra your browser is still loading old JavaScript or CSS files. I'm curious if there is a best practice for Extra developers to cache bust their assets based on the current version of the package.

      add version number to the css/js files e.g style.css?version=1.4 ?
