Whenever i use a # in url for anchors or javascript, it always returns to homepage. Enven simple open window commands. Am i missings something obviuos in admn?

In a nutshell, it needs to be <a href="[~[*id*]~]#>...
This way the link is made to the same page. Don’t forget, the URL to a specific page is actually index.php?id=xx, just having an href of # would mean index.php#. It’s easy to forget that when you’re using friendly URLs and seeing the alias as if it were the actual working URL (or URI or whatever it is in this case...)
I may be mistaken but there may be a plugin that helps with that. I will need to look into this as well since my client uses page anchors regularly and I feel that it will be tough to break this habit.

I often miss links on the first line of a post; they kind of get "lost" in the big blue post header link. But then my eyes are getting pretty bad...
