where does this [[+id]] - placeholder get setted?
or better, what is purpose for that in your situation?
Sorry, that was not really clear. I am trying to use some migxdb configs as tvs in a resource but would like to display only items which have the id of the resource currently being edited.
More generally, I was wondering if it would be possible for configs to pull in dynamic info whether it was through tags, snippets or placeholders or if you can suggest a different approach entirely.

this does show only records with the resource_id of the current edited resource.
the MIGXdb-setting: 'check Resource' is the setting you need
and this in your schema:
<aggregate alias="Resource" class="modResource" local="resource_id" foreign="id" cardinality="one" owner="foreign" />
and you can manipulate the config-array with a custom-config-php-file.
needs to have the same name as your configuration with yourconfigname.config.inc.php
can be in your package-directory under /migxconfigs/
