As I was working with multiple formtabs to create a customizable layout, I wondered if it is somehow possible to limit the amount of grid-elements with a certain formtab.
For example, let's say I have formtab A, B & C.
Now the user should be able to add just 1 item per formtab to the grid.
So that in my case the user cannot reuse the same layout-element on 1 page.
Just wondering if that is possible yet. Otherwise it would be a nice-to-have for the future.

I think something like that should allready be possible.
You can try the new feature to fill the MIGX-grid with input-options with three records and give each record another formtab.
If you would put the formtabs-name in a hidden-field, its possible to switch the form to use with a custom php-config-file while loading the form-window.
