Hi, I had some strange issue with modx gallery recently, Could anyone can help me?
the gallery snippet seems not working at all in the front-end after I log out from the manager session, we had this site for almost one year without problem only start to play in recent month.
did many simple test like. [[Gallery? &album=`My Album`]] tried [[!Gallery? &album=`My Album`]] as well
and there is no error message show up in error log.
had code
<div id='mygallery>[[Gallery? &album=`My Album`]]</div> in my template
had
<div id='mygallery> </div> rendering in front end after I sign out manager
works correct again if I signin in another tab
gallery TV is also working fine.
did gallery re instillation, still cannot fix the problem
I am now using getcache to support my website gallery, I tried to click through all pages on my site under the manager login session.
and that will fill the cache. my site now shows image by cache and also had error messsage in log sometimes saying "getCache could not find requested element Gallery of class modSnippet"
I guess that is because the people get on my page and no specific gallery cache associate.
my current modx version is 2.2.8 (before using 2.2.2, since had this problem so upgrade to 2.2.8, and problem still exist)
Gallery version is 1.5.2
Do you guys have any idea what goes wrong? Many Thanks for the help
