    Description of Problem:
I'm attempting to create a template in ModX Evo using Zurb's Foundation. I have the "kitchen sink" from the Foundation documents modified for my purposes and I set out to test it inside of ModX. It seems that nothing that requires script from the Foundation is working at all! I have no idea what could be causing it.

The main thing I noticed is that when the Top Bar switches to mobile mode, the menu button does not bring up the drop down menu. I have searched around and found nothing very specific on the forum. I'm not yet at the stage of trying to work plugins into the foundation. I just want it to work at all.

Here is a ModX install with the template I'm working on to demonstrate the problem. Notice that this is not the kitchen sink, but actually the template I am working on. The only feature of foundation being used is the top bar. When you reduce the window to a small enough size it should change to a mobile view, and fit everything nicely into a touch screen style drop down menu. But it doesn't. http://test.latriptych.com/html/PRAETest/

Here is the same layout, but not being loaded by ModX and working correctly. http://test.latriptych.com/html/test/foundation/

    Steps to Reproduce:
I basically am just using the exact markup from Foundation's index.html but with new paths to the CSS and JS files. I have read most of the documentation. I hope I'm not missing something sinisterly stupid.

    • MODX Version: 1.0.10

      this is working for me.
Are you probably logged into your manager while trying it?

Oh my... I had tried that in my local environment and it didn't work. It IS working on the webpage I linked here though....

It seems that I may have fixed my problem myself by accident. On my offline version it still does not work whether I'm logged in or not. I'm going to compare the two sites to see what I can do different.

        Thank you, Bruno!

Edit: Yeah.. That was exactly the problem. [ed. note: lemius last edited this post 10 years, 10 months ago.]
