Description of Problem:
I'm attempting to create a template in ModX Evo using Zurb's Foundation. I have the "kitchen sink" from the Foundation documents modified for my purposes and I set out to test it inside of ModX. It seems that nothing that requires script from the Foundation is working at all! I have no idea what could be causing it.
The main thing I noticed is that when the Top Bar switches to mobile mode, the menu button does not bring up the drop down menu. I have searched around and found nothing very specific on the forum. I'm not yet at the stage of trying to work plugins into the foundation. I just want it to work at all.
Here is a ModX install with the template I'm working on to demonstrate the problem. Notice that this is not the kitchen sink, but actually the template I am working on. The only feature of foundation being used is the top bar. When you reduce the window to a small enough size it should change to a mobile view, and fit everything nicely into a touch screen style drop down menu. But it doesn't.

Here is the same layout, but not being loaded by ModX and working correctly.

Steps to Reproduce:
I basically am just using the exact markup from Foundation's index.html but with new paths to the CSS and JS files. I have read most of the documentation. I hope I'm not missing something sinisterly stupid.
