Manager lost its styling and functionality

This is absolutely perfect...I was running through upgrading to 2.2.8 on several sites and upgraded from 2.2.7 to 2.2.8 on this site. I cannot recreate this issue now. However, I was seeing this in 2.2.8 on a fresh install on this server while I was troubleshooting before.

I have compression turned on right now and will leave it on and try to replicate this issue.

One point of interest here is on my other sites on other hosts, the upgrades have gone smoothly and taken a reasonable amount of time. On this host however, once I clicked the Install button, it took what seemed like 5 minutes or so for the upgrade to come back as complete. Very unusual.

I checked on the control panel and am not able to see the memory usage. Bandwidth looks good.

At this point, I will monitor this site manager and report back if it happens. I will make sure to grab error logs and screenshots and include those in my findings.

I always turn off compress_css and compress_js just so I don't have to worry about them causing a problem if something changes at the server. I never notice any speed degradation when I have them off.
