    Can you give us some information on hosting and PHP and MySQL versions?

    If you've been trying to install repeatedly, you probably need to go to your database control panel (phpMyAdmin on Cpanel?) and empty the database. Unless you're using the same database for something else.

      Wipe everything out, and start again with a fresh upload of the installation. Don't do anything to it, just run the setup as-is.
