Failed to load background image

Good morning,

I had created a TV to load a banner on each page. I am also calling the variable from the template as I usually do. For some reason, the background image link is becoming broken. The image attached explains my problem. The path where the image is being uploaded is correct in the code as you can see. Help will be much appreciated.

even though i can't provide you specific answer to your error. i can give you image programe which is very powerful in loading background image c# . give a try. hope it helps.
