FileLister not working, why?? (Solved)

Site hosted on #modxcloud, multi-site installation, Revo 2.2.8-pl on #modxcloud, FL version is 1.1.1-pl.

FL call:

[[!FileLister? &path=`http://board.mountainlakeservices.org/media/files/newsletters/fridayfeatures/` &showDownloads=`0` &sortBy=`filename` &sortDir=`DESC` &fileTpl=`board.feofile.chunk.tpl` &allowDownloadGroups=`Board Members` &showExt=`pdf`]]

Nothing appears on the page.

ALSO tried:

[[!FileLister? &path=`/www/board/media/files/newsletters/fridayfeatures/` &showDownloads=`0` &sortBy=`filename` &sortDir=`DESC` &fileTpl=`board.feofile.chunk.tpl` &allowDownloadGroups=`Board Members` &showExt=`pdf`]]

Nothing appears on the page.

mcrypt IS installed/enabled.

MODx error log contains these errors though I do not know if they are involved with why FileLister will not list any files:

[2013-06-05 14:22:35] (ERROR @ /index.php) feoDownload: Attempt to set NOT NULL field referer to NULL

Need this fixed PDQ or some other very good option for listing flies.

Thank you!! You helped joggle my mind loose to try several more options.
On the previous hosting company I had to use the full absolute path.
Your suggestion helped me realize the nginx rules on modxcloud make this less necessary.

I ended up using media/files/newsletters/fridayfeatures/.
