    Hi all,
    Let me describe the requirements:
    - I need to make a web site that displays product information (product code, name, image e.t.c.).
    - Also each product should have a price depending on the currently logged user. Different price for each user (or group of users)
    - Moreover I need to organize the products into categories and subcategories.
    - When a user makes an order I need to store the information for the order.

    My question is:
Do I need to create custom DB tables for products and orders and snippets to access them?
My first attempt was to create a product template, then different template variables for product information and each product would be a new resource with specific values in these variables. But using this approach I do not know how to store a different price for each user. Also the subcategories depend on the categories and I am not sure I can do that too.

Since this is a major design decision I need your expert opinions.
I am using latest version of Evo and WebLoginPE for user management.

I am completely new to MODX, I hope I am not asking something too obvious.
    Thank you in advance,

    Panayotis
