Articles Tag - How do I add NOINDEX?

This line in my Articles Blog is where the tags come from, right?

<span class="tags">[[%articles.tags]]: 
[[!tolinks? 
&items=`[[+tv.articlestags]]` 
&target=`[[*id]]` 
&useTagsFurl=`1`]]
</span>`]]

Which display this code in my website ( http://woodlandsadagency.com/blog/ )

Tags: <a href="blog/tags/advertising" class="tl-tag">advertising</a>, 
<a href="blog/tags/billboards" class="tl-tag">billboards</a>, 
<a href="blog/tags/magazine+ads" class="tl-tag">magazine ads</a>
</span>

without hacking up the source code, how can I include a rel="noindex,follow" to my blog pages so search engines don't index my tags?

I'm trying to get the pages to display like below:

Tags: <a href="blog/tags/advertising" rel="noindex,follow" class="tl-tag">advertising</a>,
<a href="blog/tags/billboards" rel="noindex,follow" class="tl-tag">billboards</a>,
<a href="blog/tags/magazine+ads" rel="noindex,follow" class="tl-tag">magazine ads</a>
</span>

You should be able to use a chunk as a template:

Snippet call:

[[!tolinks?
&items=`[[+tv.articlestags]]`
&target=`[[*id]]`
&useTagsFurl=`1`
&tpl=`tagTpl`
]]

'tagTpl' chunk:

<a href="[[+url]]" rel="noindex,follow" class="[[+cls]]">[[+item]]</a>
