Clear you browser cache and cookies and delete all files in the core/cache directory.

If that doesn't do it, try turning off the compress_js and compress_css System Settings.

You may also just have a corrupted install, especially if you transferred the files individually with FTP. It's fairly common with that method.

        Hello,

Thank you BobRay for your response. I tried all the above things mentioned by you but it does not resolve the issue.

I tried fresh installation of Modx and now website and many options of the Dashboard shows blank page,

        I have disabled

        'compress_css'
        'compress_js'

But it still does not resolve the issue.

        Any other ideas please?

        Thank you.!

I would try upgrading MODX to version 2.2.8 using the method described here: http://bobsguides.com/modx-upgrade-faq.html

          That's important anyway for security.

          • I had some oddities with the headings for some (not all) of the Dashboard widgets, and that cleared up when I upgraded. It had something to do with my fiddling with the JQuery UI stylesheets (redmond theme) in the front-end, although I have no clue why this had carried over to the Manager! (yes, I cleared my browser cache and cookies)
