Document tree doesn't show

All I can see instead of the document tree a Web context and there seems to be no way to unfold it.

Problems begun yesterday when an attempt to save a snippet kind of failed with an error message (didn't write id down). Then, it became impossible to start editing a snippet by clicking it, so I had to use contex menu for that purpose.

Now, with document tree gone it is basically impossible to work.

Can anybody help?

Yes, I tried (Site > Clear Cache in top menu). No use.

And.. by 'manually', did you mean deleting files from the cash foulder? I haven't done that.

Yes, the files under "core/cache"
