often reboot Apache

Hello,

I am much learning about MODX en I love it.

But i have a problem....

Very often my apache server is hanging. When I update content my apache server hangs. When i reboot the apache, everything works great again.

But when i update my modx, it difference what i am doing---> apache stops very very very often.

I use modx 0.9.6

I have a lot of other cms on this webserver, but that give not that problem

what is going wrong

Not really sure, but I’d be willing to bet it’s related to a bug with that very old version of PHP 5 (5.1.1 is horribly unstable) and using Apache 2.x. Check your apache error logs and research what you find there.

I have a switch on my server to switch to php4 and when i switch to php4 i have the same problem
