Please I'm dying with a FORMSAVE PROBLEM !

Hi to everyone, please I need some help here.
When i go to Components > FormSave I cannot view anything, the screen appears blank.
I tryed it reinstalling formsave package and it was the same.
Please help me.

My formsave package was going ok but now its wrong, pleaseee !

when i inspect whit chrome it show me 4 errors:

Uncaught ReferenceError: siteId is not defined formsave.js:33
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'config' of undefined dhdinc.com/:42
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'stores' of undefined stores.js:24
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'setTitle' of undefined [ed. note: adanyc last edited this post 10 years, 11 months ago.]

Did you try another browser then Chrome as well.
Chrome has some crazy caching stuff going on.
