Why does the configuration warning keep complaining after modifying my .htaccess for SEO friendly URLs? Is this something I can turn off?

What is it complaining about?
Configuration warning: 'Important System Files have been modified.'

It's supposed to do that. Would you recommend putting a penny behind the fuses in your house's fuse box? Or removing the batteries from your smoke alarms?

The warning will be disabled if you save your MODX configuration again. At this moment the checksums of that important files are regenerated.
Thank you Jako! Finally it is gone! I'm all for proper safeguards but at the expense of a client logging in and seeing a major security risk as a result of me turning on SEF urls...not worth it.
