MODX Revo v2.2.7-pl; Quip v2.3.3-pl
Apache v2.2.17; MySQL v5.1.53; PHP v5.3.4; running as WAMP on Windows 7 64 bit.
When I try to install Quip I get a number of error messages like the following:
Error adding field quipComment->name: Array ( [0] => 42S21 [1] => 1060 [2] => Duplicate column name 'name' )
Error adding index approvedby to quipComment: Array ( [0] => 42000 [1] => 1061 [2] => Duplicate key name 'approvedby' )
Could not load class: quipNotifyComment from mysql.quipnotifycomment.
I attach a .txt file containing the complete installation log.
In case it was something to do with WAMP, I installed MODX on my web server (hosted by vidahost.com) and installed Quip over the raw MODX core. Same error messages.
Does anyone have any idea what is happening here, and what can be done to rectify it?
