moved site(s) to modxcloud, all resource/user perms broke, best way to fix???

After moving a multi-context/site installation to #modxcloud I discovered that all the resource groups, permissions etc. etc. appear properly BUT none of them WORK!!! properly at all!!

On first glance it appears I must completely rebuild them all...

What is the best way to completely remove all existing user groups (not users if possible) and re-create all the proper resource groups and user groups and site permissions??

I must re-create all the site editor permissions and one site must be reconfigured as a member-only site.

Supposedly there's a wizard now for security etc.?? Where is it??? Is it any good??

P.S. modx 2.2.7-pl, addons are all current, running on modxcloud...

Did you try flushing permissions and sessions?

And clearing your browser cache and cookies?

@bobray: yes, in completely different browser than manager was opened in
Member-only site doesn't take logins, sends user to unauthorized page.
Manager shows things it should not show to the user.
Guest I must redo everything completely.

Isn't there now a wizard to do security??
If so, where is it??
If so, is it suitable for creating editors groups and member-only sites??
