    I have an Image TV that is displaying on my home page. I am using friendly URL and also have use_alias_path set to "Yes". The description of that setting says I need to format my paths like this: "/assets/img/img1.png". But when I select an image for my TV it enters the path like this: "assets/img/img1.png".

    How do I make the browser put that leading slash at the front of the path?

      I think I fixed it.

      Is putting this into my template the most appropriate way to fix this?

        You don't need to call the site url uncached unless you plan on having it change every time so get rid of the !, should be:

        <base href="[[++site_url]]">
