A normal page was created and shows up properly in the site tree listing. HOWEVER, it can't be selected with a mouse left click. Further, it does not bring up the MODx context menu with a mouse right click. It brings up the browser's context menu, as though CMS isn't even present.
The only way to edit the resource is to 'search' for it and then select 'view'. At this point it can be fully edited. When saved, once again it is not selectable.
I got the idea of duplicating the resource, temporarily changing its name, deleting the resource, and then renaming the duplicate. Guess what, duplicating a resource that's corrupted in the site tree simply creates an item that's also corrupted the same way.
Can someone help me? This has never happened in two years of using MODx.
