    Hello,

I duplicate the web context and rename it, and create new resource in it. the problème that I cannot acces to this resource, I verify the permission. there are the same permissions for the web context :

    newContext (anonymous) 9999 Load Only
    newContext Administrator 0 Administrator

I wish that is enough clear. thank you

What happens when you try to access the resources in the other contexts?
        TinymceWrapper: Complete back/frontend content solution.
Harden your MODX site by passwording your three main folders: core, manager, connectors and renaming your assets (thank me later!)
5 ways to sniff / hack your own sites; even with renamed/hidden folders, burst them all up, to see how secure you are not.

Is the homepage also your error page (404)?

Try accessing the resource directly by typing its name in the address bar of your browser : http://my-site.com/resource23.html.

I think you have to be logged in the actual context from the front-end before you can "view resource" from the Manager resource tree

How are you routing requests to the duplicated Context? There is nothing that will automatically handle this built-in; you need to decide on the method you will use to route specific requests to specific Contexts.

sorry I didn't understand. I want to create a network of websites in the same application, each website is a context. but when I duplicate the default context (web) it's not accessible by admin and anonymous users.

Does each context have a specific domain name?

Have you setup your MODX installation to handle multi-context sites?

If not that is the first thing you need to do, you can do this the easy way with Context Router and using my Review/Tutorial or the manual way which I also link to and talk about in my tutorial.

Once you have it setup let us know what the issue is, good luck.
